I am so unfit, it’s awful, so I wanted to have something I could use secretly within the home and this doesn’t disappoint. I started off slowly and I was terrible but as time has gone on I can feel the strength in my arms and core become stronger. I am a large lady who weighs 17 stone and this roller can take my weight pushing down on it. I have really put it through a battering and it’s ok. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

The product feels solid enough and is very stable throughout use. The latter is partly due to the build quality, 4 wheel design, and also the automatic assist, which stops it suddenly flying forwards or backwards.I find the elbow rests and hand grips comfortable.The included knee resting mat is rather compact and thin. The density of the material does still provide me with enough comfort. I would however prefer its three dimensions to be larger, so not needing to be as precise when setting up and having a bit more cushioning for increased comfort. Although when I perform the advanced exercise, the knee pad is not needed. Well I do though position it for when I get too worn out and my knees can rest gently against it, rather than potentially banging against the floor!I have used the product on a thin carpet. It functions as intended, is simple to set up & use, and really targets the abdominal muscles. I feel confident with it supporting my well over a 100kg weight. The current price of £29.99 seems reasonable to me and is competitively priced.

Im am really impressed with this ab roller!I’ve tried other similar things before and not really been too bothered with them but this is totally different. It is very smooth and easy to use after a few goes to practice and get used to it.Id say its more for people getting back into working out or starting a fitness routine.The roller is a decent size but not so massive it cant be stored somewhere easy and it seems to be good quality and feels fairly sturdy.If you are going to use it regularly then it is good value for money.

As Ab Rollers go, this is a good one. It’s well made and effective. What I like about it is that it looks nice from a design angle. Invariably these things get left on show rather than being put away and this particular Ab Roller looks so much better than the ‘gymn look’ that may similar products have.The sprung roll-back helps ensure the product is easy to use and helps prevent injury. This is pretty important, particularly in the early stages of using an Ab Roller for the first time.The wide rollers ensure the product is stable in use and, again, this is important in order to acieve the exercise value you want while minimising the possiblity of injury and mis-use.Hard to imagine how any other product woud better this particular Ab Roller!Not going to ctiticise the rather thin kneepad as I see this as a freebie extra rather than an integral part of the product itself.
