Symmetric left/right fit – so that the lifting straps lie optimally on both hands, they are mirror-inverted and equipped with a small left and right marking. The professional length of just under 60 cm is one size for men and women. The dumbbell bar can be wrapped 2 to 3 times as desired.

Ich habe mir die Zughilfen von Fitgriff bestellt, weil ich beim Kreuzheben und Latziehen immer wieder Probleme mit dem Griff hatte – die Unterarme machen oft früher schlapp als der Rücken. Seitdem ich die Zughilfen benutze, kann ich mich endlich auf die Zielmuskeln konzentrieren und sauber bis zum Muskelversagen trainieren.Die Verarbeitung ist top: Das Neopren ist angenehm gepolstert, die Nähte sind sauber und stabil, und die Schlaufen bieten richtig guten Halt an der Stange – kein Verrutschen, kein Einschneiden. Auch nach mehreren intensiven Workouts halten die Dinger super.Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass sie sich schnell anlegen und wieder lösen lassen. Kein nerviges Rumgefummele zwischen den Sätzen.Fazit: Preis-Leistung absolut überzeugend. Für alle, die mehr aus ihrem Training rausholen wollen – klare Kaufempfehlung!
