Die Matte ist angenehm weich, aber dennoch stabil genug, um bei verschiedenen Übungen guten Halt zu geben. Besonders gut gefällt mir die rutschfeste Oberfläche – selbst bei intensiveren Workouts bleibt sie sicher an Ort und Stelle, und ich habe immer einen festen Stand.Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und ist laut Hersteller umweltfreundlich (TPE), was für mich ein wichtiger Pluspunkt ist. Auch der mitgelieferte Tragegurt ist super praktisch für den Transport ins Studio oder einfach zur Aufbewahrung.

I’d been starting with Yoga and just been doing it on the floor or on a towel but decided to get one of these mats as they are a really good price. I’ve only used it a few times so far but the difference has been amazing! It’s completely non-slip so your feet feel nice and secure on it, and it’s thick enough to be really comfortable. There was a funny smell when first opened but that soon disappeared. I had seen the comments about the carry strap being missing but I did receive one with my mat! It’s not great though so I’m using a different band with it, but it did arrive. It’s a really good length of mat and nice and lightweight too. Highly recommend!
