Great size, wrong colour
I bought this bag for a trip later this year. My daughter has the same one in blue and was very happy with it.I ordered black so I could share with hubby but I received the great/black which he won’t use. I like the colour so happy to keep it.I still need a black one but not sure whether to try again with this bag or find another one.

Good back pack, poor packaging
The backpack itself is great! However it arrived rolled up super tight and when I unfolded the bag the spine of the bag has been completely mishaped. Even with putting heavy things to try straighten the bag out it still has a curve from how the package was delivered. Very disappointed on how this package was sent to customers. Bag itself is great but it has a permenant bend in the spine of the bag.

I wasn’t expecting this backpack to be big. It has ten pockets, eleven if you count the USB one. The material is water repellent, so i can carry my laptop or iPad on it without worrying. Overall, I love this backpack!

I use this as a hospital go-bag for emergency hospital stays. I keep it packed with 7 days worth of clothes, and they all fit comfortably. I am always the first out, so all I have to do is grab my bag and go. I like how the main compartment flap fully opens and I can have two stacks of clothes inside folded for easy access. I can fit my laptop in the rear compartment and some flip flops or wet clothes can go in the very front compartment. Good bag with heavy duty zippers and it looks nice.
